Trump Jr. Just Let Slip That FBI Deputy Director McCabe Was Fired
Donald Trump Jr. suggests that Andrew McCabe was ‘fired’ using the Nunes memo as evidence.
Donald Trump Jr. on Thursday seemed to admit that FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was fired and did not resign as was initially stated.
“It was good enough to fire McCabe, no one argues its factually inaccurate, but now days later they want to protect the names of those involved in a scandal that was big enough to fire a senior official a month before retirement?” Trump Jr. tweeted.
The White House has maintained that President Trump had nothing to do with McCabe’s departure.
Of course, Trump has been aggressive with his attacks on McCabe.
It was good enough to fire McCabe, no one argues its factually inaccurate, but now days later they want to protect the names of those involved in a scandal that was big enough to fire a senior official a month before retirement? They don’t deserve a pass on that!
