Michael Cohen tells Congress Trump is under criminal investigation by Southern District Of New York prosecutors.
Trump’s former lawyer says he knows of other criminal acts by the president that are under investigation by prosecutors.
In a day full of bombshells we may have just found the biggest bombshell of them all. Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer, testified to Congress that the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York is actively Donald Trump for several crimes.

That’s right. Trump is under criminal investigation. And it’s important to note, these investigations are in addition to the already known investigation into hush money payments. These are new crimes that prosecutors are looking into.

During the Congressional testimony, Cohen said that he is in “constant contact with the Southern District of New York regarding ongoing investigations,” and that they have asked him not to talk about his most recent conversation with Trump because it is currently under investigation. He also said he has spoken with special counsel Robert Mueller’s office 7 times.
