Washington State AG Announces Lawsuit Against Trump’s Muslim-Ban Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson on Monday announced that he is filing a federal lawsuit against Donald Trump’s Muslim-Ban seeking to immediately halt implementation. Ferguson said in a statement, “No one is above the law — not even the President. And in the courtroom, it is not the loudest voice that prevails.
