16 Attorneys General Condemn Trump’s Muslim-Ban In a statement released Sunday, 16 attorneys general from states around the country are condemning Donald Trump’s executive order banning Muslims and refugees by calling it “unconstitutional, un-American and unlawful.” The attorneys general have pledged to “work together to ensure the federal government obeys the Constitution, respects our history as a nation of immigrants, and does not unlawfully target anyone because of their national origin or faith.” The statement went on to say, “We are confident that the Executive Order will ultimately be struck down by the courts. PHOTOS: More Protests Erupt Across The Country In Response To Muslim-Ban A second straight day of protests have erupted across the country in response to Donald Trump’s Muslim-ban. Protestors filled airports and city squares to rally against the idea that refugees are not welcome in America and against the idea of a Muslim-ban. Trump’s executive order has impacted refugees as well as over 500,000 green card holders who are traveling abroad. Dozens have been detained at airports around the country.
